KEEP COBURG COLOURFUL

Welcome

Moreland Council has proposed a major amendment to Council's Planning Scheme. If approved, Amendment C123 (Coburg Activity Centre Zone) will affect all residents, business owners and visitors to Coburg.

We are an informal network of people living in Coburg with serious concerns about the proposed amendment. We're troubled by issues such as the proposed heights of many of the buildings, the lack of green spaces, loss of community infrastructure and the removal of third party review rights.

We want to ensure that any development in Coburg brings positive and sustainable change to our suburb.
